SPAW: Static Photoalbum/Web

SPAW is a Perl script that generates a collection of HTML pages to
organize photos. The photos are arranged into sections and may have
captions. The pages mimic the behavior of PPA/W: PHP
Photoalbum/Web. Its main use is for PPA/W users to publish their
photos in an online gallery using only static HTML, say on a site
without PHP.
Non PPA/W users who wish to use this script may do so with some
modification.
A demo is provided.
The Perl script and various forms of documentation are generated from
the noweb source.
